DDA Wide Access Turnstile Gates

DDA Wide Access Turnstile & Flap Gates Available in either a single or double unit facing each other to allow for gaps of up to 2 metres allowing for sufficient space for wheelchairs, trolleys and bulky goods. The glass panels are motorised and can open in either direction. The units can be activated either by an access control system or a push button at the reception desk or guard station, or via an automatic access entry system. The DDA Wide Turnstile Access Gate make are ideal for use in a un-supervised lane and can be used in conjunction with other turnstiles or access control systems from the range.

The Special Needs Turnstile Disabled Access Gates are also available with the added benefit of IR beams to detect how many people pass through when the units are opened. In the event that the unit sees more people passing than authorised then it will alarm. This version of the Special Needs Turnstile Disabled Access Gate, the Intelligate, is ideal for when a guard cannot supervise the lane all the time.
