Birmingham City Council Frankfurt Market

When Birmingham City Council wanted a fast turnaround to carry out the electrical testing of the Frankfurt Market they turned to EDS.

We received a phone call on the Tuesday asking if we are able to carry out the electrical testing of the market stalls, and by the 07.00hrs the next morning a team of 6 engineers were on site carrying out the testing. The testing was completed over a period of four days ensuring the market stalls all opened on time and more importantly safely.

Each stall needed to be tested to ensure strict compliance with the City Councils requirements, as these stalls had travelled from as far a field as Germany and beyond. The German Christmas Market has become a traditional part of the run up to Christmas in Birmingham, stretching up New St and into Victoria Square, with a mixture of gifts and food.
