EDS are a RISQS, formerly known as Achilles Link-up Railway Approved Company

EDS are RISQS, formerly known as Achilles Link up Railway Approved Company. RISQS has been developed to provide a service for the qualification of suppliers for all products and services that are procured by the UK transport industry. RISQS supports Network Rail, LUL/Transport for London, passenger, light rail and freight train operators, rolling stock organisations, main infrastructure contractors and other rail products and services providers in the management of supply chain risk. RISQS is an independent, third party qualification assessment of a supplier’s capability to supply products and services.

NICEIC – National Inspection Council of Electrical Installation Contractors

NICEIC are the UK’s Electrical Industry Governing Body, constantly monitoring the quality of the work we carry out through random inspection of our on-site installations, office procedures, customer service, reliability and back-up support to our customers.

We are NICEIC Approved to Quality Assured ISO9000 standards through UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service), for all types of Electrical Installation works up to 11,000 Volts.

Originally formed in 1897, dhf are regarded as the ‘Centre of Excellence’, with a network of professional staff members as well as external consultants that can provide support in all sectors, making them a great source for technical expertise, information, knowledge, advice, and practical help.

DHF support various industry sectors by representing them on BSI standards committees, liaising with compliance authorities such as the Health and Safety Executive and Trading Standards as well as fire safety organisations across the UK and Europe.

SafeContractor is the UK’s leading accreditation scheme. SafeContractor has been designed to review and audit health and safety policies, procedures, arrangements, training and other health and safety documentation.

SafeContractor accreditation allows EDS to demonstrate our capability, and gives our clients confidence that all of our services are produced to the highest standard.
