Wireless Intercom Systems Telecaller

We have a range of wireless intercom systems, GPRS, GSM & radio door entry and intercom phone system technologies. These use a variety of different transmission protocols, from standard radio frequency, telephone or landline systems, through to GPRS & mobile phone technology to create a wireless link.

The most recent innovative technology is the use of GSM, GPRS and LTE mobile phone solutions, in which the intercom unit replicates the functionality of a mobile telephone. This enables a completely wireless installation for either your door, barrier, gates, unmanned stations or door entry systems. When your visitor arrives they push the button on the door phone which then in turn dials a pre-programmed number silently, for instance your office, department, home or mobile telephone number. You can then answer the call as normal, vet the visitor and then type in your unique unlock code via your telephone keypad to let them in. If you are unavailable then a second number can be called. This means that wherever you are in the world, you could let your visitor in if desired.

This technology achieves two significant benefits. Firstly the cost of implementation against a traditional wireless or hardwired system is drastically reduced as there are no long cables to lay in a driveway or to install to each apartment. Secondly these systems provide easy ongoing maintenance, as you can dial back into the unit to either reprogram a button or change a code.

  • No Separate Phones Required
  • Easy to Operate, Program & Maintain
  • Operates on Standard Telephone Line
  • No Separate Wiring
  • Easy to Install & Maintain
  • Vandal Resistant

GSM Wireless Entry Phone Remote Calling System

Wireless radio technology can often be unreliable because it uses a radio frequency technology between the door phone and the dedicated system handset and is generally range limited, which can be affected by such issues as buildings between the handset and entry panel weakening the signal or even differing weather conditions.

Telecaller is not affected by any of these issues as GPRS and GSM mobile phone technology are employed to create the remote wireless link. Firstly think of the GPRS or GSM unit as a mobile phone which you would then put a SIM card into. This enables a completely wireless installation for either your door or gate entry system. When your visitor arrives they push the button on the Telecaller unit, which then in turn dials a pre-programmed number silently. You can then answer the call as normal, vet the visitor and then type in your unique unlock code via your telephone keypad to let them in. If you are unavailable then a second number can be called. This means that wherever you are in the world, you could let your visitor in if desired.

The technology gives great benefits in that the cost of implementation is drastically reduced against a traditional wireless or hardwired system, eliminating the need to install cables to each building, office or apartment. Telecaller plugs into an exchange line or PABX telephone system.
